Hi-Heat

Services

Hi-Heat Industries, Inc. assists each customer in the design of their flexible heater. We inspect each heater design for quality control throughout the process.

To assist in inventory control, we manufacture and ship small orders. We also manufacture heaters for Dock to Stock programs.

Design and Prototyping Services

At the core of our business are our design and prototyping capabilities. Often, customers come to us with a problem, and we design the solution. When we have reached a solution, we believe in delivering working prototypes.

We provide a warranty for our products against defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty period extends for twelve months from the date of shipment.

No other warranty, written or oral, applies. No person may give any other warranty or assume any liability except by written statements from an officer of Hi-Heat Industries, Inc.

Products must be installed and maintained in accordance with Hi-Heat’s instructions. Users are responsible for the suitability of the products to their application. There is no warranty against damage resulting from corrosion, misapplication, improper specification or other operating conditions beyond our control. The customer must file claims against carriers from damage in transit.

Remedy: All return material must have Hi-Heat’s authorization (RMA Number). Return the defective product, Freight Prepaid to: Hi-Heat Industries, Inc. 256 Hanover Road Lewistown, MT 59457. Small Orders

We recognize the importance of minimizing the dollars your company has invested in inventory. Therefore, we accept orders of any size. We can break down your order to match ship dates to your production schedule. The result is that you:

  • never run out of heaters,
  • have less money tied up in inventory, and
  • minimize chances of obsolete inventory.
