When you need near immediate heat transfer or require a thin heating element, polyimide heaters are the solution.

Kapton® polyimide is a space-grade, lightweight film that maintains its mechanical, chemical, and electrical properties in extreme temperatures. Its moisture-resistant construction makes it preferable in high-humidity areas, wash-down zones, and often sterilized areas.

Polyimide heaters are best for immediate heat transfer. The thin, lightweight design allows for close thermal contact. The superior heat transfer and output result in a faster warm-up cycle and longer life.
