Products
We specialize in custom heating elements for industrial applications. Our heaters include silicone rubber, polyester film, and Kapton® (polyimide).
All heaters are either wire-wound or etched foil, depending on the application. Additional options include temperature controls, bonding methods, and private labeling. We manufacture all products in the USA.
Silicone Rubber Heaters
When using these versatile heaters, you can apply heat wherever required. Silicone rubber flex heaters are durable. If you’re concerned about damage from chemical exposure, these heaters are best.
The construction of silicone rubber flex heaters can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Hi-Heat’s silicone flexible heaters have a maximum operating temperature of 200°C (392°F). We offer both wire-wound and etched-foil silicone rubber heaters with the following designs.
Polyester Heaters
Polyester heaters provide even heat over large, flat, or curved surfaces. They’re fabricated to fit the size and shape required in each application. Our polyester heaters can be customized with adhesive backing, notches, insulation, and others.
Kapton Heaters
Kapton® polyimide is a space-grade film that maintains its mechanical, chemical, and electrical properties in extreme temperatures. Its moisture-resistant construction is preferable in high-humidity areas, wash-down zones, and often sterilized areas.
Polyimide heaters are best for immediate heat transfer. The thin, lightweight design allows for close thermal contact. The superior heat transfer and output result in a faster warm-up cycle and longer life.
We can fabricate polyimide heaters in various shapes, sizes, and wattages. Kapton® is a registered trademark of DuPont.™

We accept orders of any size. We can break down your order to match ship dates to your production schedule. The result is that you never run out of heaters and have less money tied up in inventory.
Temperature Controls
Hi-Heat can provide heaters with thermostats, thermal fuses, thermocouples, and resistance temperature detectors (RTD) as an integral part of the heater.
Design Variations
Heaters can be designed and fabricated in many types of configurations to fit the size and shape required in your application.
