If We Ship Late, We Pay You a Penalty.

Since March 2005:

100% On-Time for Accelerated Shipments
99.99% On-Time for Regular Shipments 

 

If we ship late, we send you a check for 20% of the price of the heater for each working day that we ship late.

The penalty maximum is 100% of the standard net price of the heater.

In other words, if we ship 5 working days late, the heater is free.

To qualify for the penalty, your payment record must be net 30 days.
